Dating back to 1944, Ashwin Vanaspati Ind. Pvt. Ltd. has carved out a niche for itself as a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of Vanaspati and Refined Oils such as Maize oil, Palm Kernel oil, Cottonseed oil, Sunflower oil, Soya bean oil and Coconut oil.
The company is among the pioneers in the manufacturing and distribution of Hydrogenated vegetable oils popularly known as 'Vanaspati'. The company has grown by leaps and bounds since its humble beginning.The vision and deeper insight of the promoters has led to the success and growth of the company.

Research and Development
Though today we are one of the largest suppliers of edible oils to the food industry, hundreds of man-hours are put in each year in our Research & Development labs to make our processes flawless, to improve and innovate the final product.
Manufacturing Plants
Our manufacturing plants located at Samlaya (Vadodara) and Mumbai have a combined capacity of producing about 25000 metric tones of Hydrogenated Vegetable oils per year and about 75000 metric tones of various refined edible oils per year to meet the growing demands.
Our tin container manufacturing unit has a capacity of rolling 10000 containers per day. Efforts of all our production departments put together substantiate our commitment to improve the availability of products in a timely and cost- effective manner for all our valued customers.
Another motive behind the uncompromising efficiency and volume of our manufacturing plant is to benefit from superior inventory management and plan prompt and cost-effective delivery.
